Not sure what the issue is. Recently the new member 80Duece downloaded and install both the JOCAG & the tic mod from our forums and had no problems. The UN can meet at different times when needed or requested. If the time requested is something we can manage.

The best times to talk to the admins is during the UN meetings. The UN (the admins) meet twice a week. Every Wed & Sat @ 8pm EST.
